As the 30th Southeast Asian Games draw near, we can now secure our seats to witness the opening ceremonies on November 30 (and selected sports like basketball, 3×3 boxing, billiards, and men’s football), as the sports committee started to sell tickets on Thursday, October 3. Tickets for sporting events can be bought online at SMtickets.com and from all SM ticket outlets.
Ticket prices depends on the venue
In an announcement posted on the SEA Games’ official Facebook page, organizers said that tickets for the opening ceremony at Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, range from P1,000 to P1,500.
Tickets for the athletics and aquatics events at New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, cost between P50 and P300.
The cheapest tickets for events in Metro Manila are priced at P50, while the most expensive ones are at P250. The NCR will host badminton, basketball, billiards, boxing, karatedo, fencing, football, gymnastics, and wushu.
The tickets for events in Subic which will host beach volleyball, table tennis, and beach handball are worth between P50 and P100 .
Worth the price
For the price of at least P1,000 per ticket, fans will be able to witness a world-class, digital opening ceremony of the upcoming 30th Southeast Asian Games.
More seat categories will be available starting October 15 and as of now, only limited sports to be held in Metro Manila and Clark have been listed as available for sale.
All 11 member-nations of the ASEAN will see action on November 30 to December 11 in 56 sports events.
Ramon Suzara, chief operating officer of the Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC), had promised an Asian Games level of presentation for the 30th staging of the regional games.

The 30th SEA Games set to bring the games with more technological advancements in a mobile app that will feature cashless payments. The official mobile app will serve as a one-stop source of information, such as game schedules, results and medal tables, and news related to the event.
